     We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding care provided by Dr. Juling Ong. When our 3.5-month-old developed an unusual bump in the middle of his forehead, Dr. Ong's expertise became invaluable. From our initial consultation to surgery, the entire process was remarkably swift, completed within just six weeks.

Dr. Ong is an incredibly calm, thoughtful, and compassionate surgeon. He took the time to explain every detail of our son's procedure, ensuring we felt fully informed and confident. His dedication to achieving the best possible outcome was evident even on the day of surgery, when he skillfully pivoted his approach to minimize the appearance of the scar.

By the time our son was just over 6 months old, the situation was completely resolved, and we were able to return to "routine" parenting as if the whole thing had never happened.

     My daughter had an excisional biopsy of a small skin lesion done by Dr Ong. I’d like to extend my gratitude to Dr Ong, Sian as well as Deborah and any other staff who helped schedule her surgery so soon after our initial consultation. It must have took a lot of effort and time with the scheduling and liaising with the hospital and we are so appreciative of everyone coming together for our daughter. The surgery went well, she came out of GA quickly, the scar is very small and biopsy results came back ok. Thank you for the great care by Dr Ong and his team!
